Universities Fighting World Hunger Spring Food Drive!

Winter is slowly ending, and spring will soon be here! The days are getting longer. The irritations of winter are rapidly becoming a thing of the past. Yet, before we know it, it will be summer, and there will be high temperatures with uncomfortable humidity. New annoyances to deal with. Those who do not have enough food to eat, however, are faced with something they must struggle against regardless of the season. To help them, the UNIVERSITIES FIGHTING WORLD HUNGER team and the Modern Philology Department at the University of Miskolc, together with the Red Cross Chapter of B-A-Z County are again organizing a Spring Food Drive. Between the 24th and 26th March long-lasting foodstuffs will be collected at designated places around the uni will then be distributed by the Red Cross to the needy in our area.
